Hotel Headquarters

The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Information about the facility is available here.

Travel and Lodging Discounts

To help with members' travel arrangements, the ASA coordinates discounts on select airlines and discounted rates (including student rates) at the conference hotel and nearby facilities. Details will be posted to our Travel and Lodging Discounts page as they become available.

Registration

Registration fees are offered on a sliding scale, with early bird rates in effect until August 1st. All panelists, chairs, commentators, and paper presenters must register for the conference by September 1, 2024.
