Because of the particular challenges regarding travel during the COVID-19 pandemic and the split modality of the 2021 annual meeting of the American Studies Association, the Minority and Indigenous Graduate Student Travel Grant award (co-sponsored by the Critical Ethnic Studies Committee and Minority Scholars Committee) will not be granted this year. Instead, two prizes will be awarded at the 2022 meeting.
