The new Critical Disability Studies Caucus Mentorship Program is now accepting applications for the mentoring cycle January 2019 - December 2020.

The Critical Disability Studies Mentorship Program affords disability studies scholars at all stages of their careers, from graduate student to associate professors, tenure-track or NTT, an opportunity to learn from those with more years in the profession. While many mentoring programs target graduate students and early career scholars, this program is also open to associate-level or advanced NTT faculty, who often lose mentoring possibilities as they advance in their careers. While this program is open to all disability studies scholars, priority will be given to current members of the ASA's Critical Disability Studies Caucus.

We are looking for both mentees and mentors. To apply, please submit the attached application with a copy of your current CV to cdscmentoring@gmail.com.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and must be received no later than Friday, December 14, 2018. You may apply to be both a mentor and mentee.

If you have questions about the program or application, please contact mentoring program chair Karisa Butler-Wall at cdscmentoring@gmail.com.
