Submissions are open for the 2025 ASA Annual Meeting! All proposals are due by 11:59 PM PST on Monday, February 10, 2025.
A few important reminders as you prepare your submission:
- We strongly encourage full-panel submissions for paper sessions and/or roundtable discussions this year. If your panel needs extra members, please consider soliciting interest on our Panel Collaboration Hub, where you can also view papers in need of a panel.
- If you’re considering submitting an individual paper, we recommend collaborating with other members to form panels. (For example, you might post individual paper ideas to develop panels in conjunction with other individual members, or join proposed sessions open to adding new panelists.)
- While individual paper submissions are still welcome, please note that we have limited capacity to accommodate them due to scheduling and space constraints.
- Review instructions on how to use All Academic, our conference management site, for a smoother experience.
Remember that to submit a proposal and present at the conference, you need to be a current member of the Association. Join or renew here. You can also check your membership records here if you’re unsure of your status.
