All announcements (excluding employment opportunities) must conform to the following guidelines. The ASA staff reserves the right to edit announcements to the format described below.
Announcements must be no longer than 7 lines of text in MS Word format (standard 12 point font) or less than 100 words
Announcements should provide only essential information and a brief description (2-3 lines).
Announcements following these guidelines will be run free of charge in the print and online versions of the ASA Newsletter. Regular advertising rates of $125.00 (newsletter text ad) and $125.00 (web text ad) will apply if a longer announcement is desired.
There are no “free” employment or fellowship ads. Regular advertising rates apply to ALL employment and fellowship ads. Fellowship ads requiring service such as teaching are considered employment ads. Go to Employment and Fellowship “Advertising Guidelines” for details.
