Newsletter Advertising Guidelines

The ASA Newsletter (ISSN 0742-9290) is published quarterly (March, June, September, December) and has a circulation of approximately 6,000. Submit an Advertisement

The American Studies Association publishes "Employment Opportunities" as a service of ASA to both employers and job applicants. The ASA Newsletter regularly carries both display ads and text ads. Display ads -- quarter, half, and full page ads -- appear throughout the issue in attractive enclosed boxes and may include university or institutional crests, monograms, and other such symbols. Text ads appear in the Opportunities and Resources section of the Newsletter.


Submit News and Events

Announcements must be no longer than 7 lines of text in MS Word format (standard 12 point font) or less than 100 words. Announcements should provide only essential information and a brief description (2-3 lines).
