10:00-1:00
Greetings from the Executive Director and Celebration of the Past
Discussion of KTASA chapter goals and issues including possibly:
1.Purpose of meetings
2.Reasons for membership decline and attendance at meetings
3.The role of KTASA in the professional lives of its members
4.The problems with attracting presenters to a regional conference
5.Scope of the conference
6.Strengths and pitfalls of a small chapter

1:00-2:00 Lunch on your own

2:00-4:00
Discussion of Border States
1.Scope of publication mission
2.Production schedule
3.Budget
4.Inclusion in Gale Resources database
Discussion of the logistics of annual meetings: how often, where, & cost
Discussion of the book award: cost and committee members
Any additional issues raised by the membership via survey instrument

4:00-5:00 Modified Attitude Adjustment

6:00 Dinner; Susan and John will coordinate a group dinner for those who are interested, but participants will be expected to pay for their own meals.
