EARLY AMERICAN MATTERS CAUCUS: We look forward to co-sponsoring a reception, again in 2013, with our friends in the Environment and Culture Caucus; it’s a tradition that goes back to the 2009 A.S.A., also in D.C. Meanwhile, here’s a hearty THANK-YOU to two colleagues who are rotating off our ad hoc Working Committee - Sarah Rivett of Princeton and the tireless James Spady of Soka U. - and an equally hearty Thanks-Ahead-of-Time to our two new working.comm members, Toni Wall Jaudon (Hendrix C.) and grad student Katie Brian (Georgetown U.), who has also been quite active with the A.S.A. Students Committee. Details about our Caucus are available at our low-tech website, earlyamericanmatters.fsu.edu, and via our Facebook page. Looking forward - Dennis Moore, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
