The 2010 ASA Program Committee invites ASA members who have published books in American Studies, American Ethnic Studies, and related fields between November 2009 and October 2010 as well as their publishers, to “A Celebration of ASA Authors.” This tribute to scholarly publishing will be held at the Conference Book Exhibit Hall, on Friday November 19, beginning at 4 p.m. The ASA will sponsor a modest reception for the event.
All ASA authors whose books are published between November 2009 and October 2010 whether or not their press is exhibiting may be listed without charge in the Celebration of Authors Brochure. The Brochure will also help attendees locate the books at the publishers’ exhibit tables.
Authors should fill out the information below and email it to their publishers and the ASA by October 8, 2010.

Please include the following information:
1. Author’s full name
2. Full title of the book
3. Name of the publisher / press
4. Year/Month of publication
The deadline for receipt of the book titles from publishers is October 15th.
Books may be exhibited only through a registered exhibitor. If your publisher is not a participating exhibitor then we cannot exhibit or display your book(s).
Book signings may be arranged only through a registered exhibitor at its exhibit booth. The ASA will not arrange a book signings for individual authors.
